Is Laser for Xanthelasma safe?
Resurfacing Lasers have an excellent safety profile. Your treatment plan and exact lasers used will be determined at a consultation. At the beginning of your treatment, an eye shield will be placed in the eye as an added safety precaution.

Laser for Xanthelasma is conducted in a precise, targeted manner. Because of this the downtime is confined to a small area and on average lasts 7-10 days. Full post operative instructions will be covered by your physician prior to treatment.
