CoolPeel

CoolPeel is an advanced form of laser skin resurfacing used to treat fine lines, pore size and other textural issues.

How does CoolPeel work?

CoolPeel uses CO2 technology to deliver precise energy into the superficial layers of the skin in short pulses. The treatment removes the dull upper layer of skin, stimulating collagen and repairing skin tone and texture. H-Pulse technology allows for a high power, short duration pulse that does not cause any excess thermal damage or lingering heat to the surrounding tissue.

Frequently Asked questions

Is CoolPeel safe?

The FDA has cleared the CoolPeel treatment. Dr. Cox stresses the importance of finding an experienced provider directly supervised by an on-site physician who understands the finer points of the CoolPeel treatment.

CoolPeel downtime

CoolPeel is well tolerated, and does not require topical numbing. As with all treatments, the exact length of healing time will vary based on the individual. After CoolPeel, redness, swelling and dryness are normal and usually resolve within 24-48 hours. It is normal to feel like a mild sunburn.

CoolPeel RESULTS

CoolPeel produces best results with a series of sessions. Optimal results are seen 3-6 months after the last series session as the body heals itself, and new healthy skin replaces old dull skin.
