Compensation and Benefits

Hiring Process

Assuring a good fit is critical, and we do our best to make this happen. To get hired, you will:

• Complete the application and send it to us with your resume and a cover letter outlining your interests.
• Have a brief telephone conversation with our practice administrator.
• Come by to see the practice and visit with a few team members.
• Complete an online personality profile.
• Shadow a staff member in a similar role.
• Review an offer from the practice, and decide if this is the right place for you.
• Complete a background check and drug screen.
• Pick a start day and get ready for the best work days ever!
